At 39, Michael left New York City with a plan — buy land, build something real, and document every step. What started as half an acre in Arkansas became a full departure from the conventional: off-grid structures built by hand, funded by hustle, and shared with a growing community of people who think the same way.

Haven't decided if this will be my permanent dwelling or/and my first rental property. To early in the process to speak about, right now I still haven't made the trip to begin the process of getting all my tools down to Arkansas to start making content for YouTube .
